As a general contractor, Viaduck can offer consulting services for any project including complete new homes.

If a customer has a working knowledge of home construction and wants to have day-to-day control of the design and hiring of subcontractors, Viaduck can offer its experience in the design portion of a build out, offer advice during the project, obtain required building permits and serve as inspectors representing the home owner.

These consulting services can be performed under three different kinds of contracts.

If a client wants all phases of a project monitored and controlled by a group with years of construction experience, Viaduck can execute a project from design to turning over the keys. If the customer only wants to pick out colors and patterns, we can lead you through the construction labyrinth, controlling the schedule and the budget.  We can hire subcontractors and monitor their work throughout the entire operation.

Consulting Services

As a third option for clients, Viaduck can interact with the client on an as-needed basis, such as helping to design and inspect only a single discipline for the project.  This might include electrical, plumbing, HVAC or sewage work where a client might not have kept up with state and national codes.
